Carlos is an expert consultant in open innovation models, talent development and sales to large accounts. With over 25 years of experience in management positions in large companies in the technology sector, Carlos has been Microsoft's General Director in Catalonia from 2005 to 2014 and also a Director for the Public Sector in Spain. Previously, he was a member of the management team of Sun Microsystem from 1991 to 2002, holding various positions of responsibility internationally and in Spain, while also consolidating significant business growth under his responsibility during these periods. He previously held positions of responsibility in the sales and consulting areas at Hewlett-Packard, Telefónica and Andersen Consulting.
Carlos has been CEO of startups such as StepOne and biid, and Director of Sales and Operations at Tempos 21. Between 2007 and 2012 he was a member of the investment advisory committee of the venture capital firm Nauta Capital, where he was supervising and approving investments in companies´ technologies such as Privalia and Scytel.
Carlos is an Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, PDD from IESE, and also attended SMTC with Stanford University and IESE.
Carlos is a patron of the FEMCat Entrepreneurs Foundation, a member of the Innovation Commission of the Employers' Federation of Labor Promotion, on the social council of the Pompeu Fabra University, on the advisory board of the Esplai Foundation, and a mentor in the Mentoring program of Barcelona Activa and MIT and the accelerator Startupbootcamp Internet of things.

Javier Mendoza (cyxmedia), web developer, expert in WordPress and Joomla !, with more than 20 years of experience in which he has been involved in both public and private projects.
Highlighting in the public área, his position was as creative and webmaster of CENATIC ( National Center for the Application of ICT based on Open Source Software). In 2011 he stopped providing services for the entity and embarked on the design of a select package of Joomla! and serves as the basis for implementation by Government Innovation Agency of Panama to modernize local governments http://www.innovacion.gob.pa.

Luis has a Bachelor in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Malaga and completed his Marketing training at the University of Trento. With twenty years of experience in the ICT sector, he has spent most of his professional career in the Telefónica Group in different subsidiaries and executive responsibilities, with a wide range of international experience (I have managed projects in Spain, USA, Central America and China).
From 2013 to 2016, he was responsible for Telefonica Dynamic Insight for Spain, a global unit of the Telefónica Group in charge of extracting values and monetizing data through analytical and Big Data capabilities. He was responsible in Spain for the launch, among other services such as Smart Steps (storing the number of individuals, profiling behavior by geographic area based on the activity of the mobile phone) and Smart Digits (real-time digital identity tool and prevention of fraud).
As an entrepreneur, he currently collaborates with several start ups and technological projects with particular interest in tourism, transport and retail sectors. He has been a partner of Open-Ideas since January 2017, and collaborates with management activities and Business Development of the Company.
